1. Sales Terms
- All the price mentioned are in US$ and on EX Origin Basis
- The Title of all goods and accessories sold through this website shall remain with ASI until the client has paid ASI in full for the order.
- Customer will be responsible to pay any additional local, county, province, state, federal or governmental VAT, sales tax, duty, tariff, surcharge, fee, fine or any terminal handling charges.
- All prices published by us or quoted by our representatives may be changed at any time without notice due to fluctuating market conditions.
- Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any down payments paid by the client shall be forfeited if the client cancels the order after 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. If the order cancels between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation, we will refund the advance after deducting a service fee equal to 20% of the advance paid.
2. Shipping Terms
- Order collection and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- ASI can arrange shipping of the order with additional cost.
- Insurance will be the responsibility of the customer on door to door basis.
3. General Warranty Terms
New Products: – 6 months from date of delivery against manufacturers’ defects.Refurbished /Re-Conditioned /Like new /Tradeshow /Demo Products: – 3 months from date of delivery against manufacturers’ defects.
Used /Pre-owned /Pre-Loved Products: – 45 days from date of delivery against manufacturers’ defects limited to the game board, game CPU and IO Boards.
4. Warranty Terms & Conditions
- ASI will provide full online technical support during the warranty period. Simply email your requirement to support@myusedgames.com Phone and VOIP Support also available Sunday to Thursday 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM Dubai Standard Time.
- Warranty covers the defective part in consideration only.
- For all warranty claims the customer is required to provide the following information:
- Product name
- Product serial number
- Invoice number and date of purchase
- Defective part (name)
- Part number
- Clearly establish reason for warranty claim in a brief report with photographs if applicable.
- Upon receipt of the above information ASI will assist in the diagnosis of the problem.
- Under such warranty claims, customer is required to identify the defective part, part # and clearly establish reason for warranty claim.
- Warranty replacements are authorised only if established that the required part has been damaged due to reasons other than site related conditions or incorrect power supply on site or incorrect trouble shooting by the customer’s technicians.
- Parts not available in Dubai will need to be sourced from respective manufacturers and lead times will be notified on a case to case scenario and depending on manufacturer’s parts availability.
5. Warranty Exclusions
- Equipment consumables.
- Product abuse or misuse or used in a manner unintended for its purpose.
- Damages caused to the supplied product due to incorrect handling, shipping or transit damages.
- All parts and components damaged due to improper care & usage, player & operator negligence, accidental drop, abuse by players or improper trouble shooting by operator’s technical team.
- ASI will not be held responsible for any wrong technical diagnosis by the customers’ technical team and thus resulting in the replacement of the wrong part.
- Damage caused by weather, moisture, humidity, liquids, lightening or electrical damage, or damage due to extreme exposure to hot weather (with temperatures in excess of 38 degrees centigrade) or extreme cold weather conditions (Below Zero degrees centigrade).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair work, alterations, modifications electronically, mechanically, or cosmetically or by the installation of any parts/upgrades, other than as directed or pre-approved in writing by ASI.
- Parts damaged by power spikes and power fluctuation.
- Failures due to incorrect or lack of proper documented maintenance being performed.
- Equipment sold on “as-is” basis
- All freight & handling charges to receive the faulty part into our technical base in Dubai and despatch the rectified part to the customer is excluded and shall be borne by the customer.
- Warranty becomes automatically void if the customer’s technical team tampers with the part prior to requesting for warranty replacement.
